Korg Volca Email Journey

The first Post-Sale Journey created within the broader initiative of more robust CRM, The Korg Volca Email Journey was a four email, six month drip campaign designed to continually re-engage users and generate new purchases.

Based on Product data indicating that the Korg Volca Series were some of the top-selling items that did not have dedicated marketing efforts, we wrote and merchandised these emails along with relevant content at key points in the post-sale journey.

After achieving consistent 75-80% opens and over 50% CTR, we received the greenlight to build out a more expansive post-sale program. I personally wrote and built over 300 automation flows in Salesforce Automation Studio based on the highest-selling items across categories, using the purchase data to refine and augment our existing segmentations.
