Founded by a former Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) floor trader and market maker, Tastytrade is a trading platform built with a mission: proselytize the power of options trading. After building a devoted following over the first decade and a half of its existence, the company earned a litany of awards including “Best Overall Options Trading Platform” from Investopedia and “#1 Options Trading Platform” from StockBrokers.com.

In the role of Tastytrade’s CRM Specialist, I researched the pillars of options trading, translated them into accessible, bite-sized copy, and built the emails in Salesforce using HTML, CSS, and Liquid templating. As an entity within the FinTech realm, the copy and design required multiple and rigorous rounds of reviews by the legal department and multiple managerial levels including C-suite stakeholders. The streamlined layout intended users to quickly glean the specific lesson, funnel into the site page, and easily access resources like the Trading Glossary and Learning Center.
